Albert brings a results-oriented approach to increasing operational efficiencies at Lina, essential during the company’s aggressive growth and expansion.
He spearheads efforts to streamline the latest construction methodologies across the entire organization from estimating and purchasing to 3D building information modeling and project management.
Frank oversees all business strategy in the company and the management of investor relations.
Frank’s experience as a seasoned real estate professional has enabled the company’s strategic growth and development scaling the company’s real estate portfolio.
Amir oversees Estimating, Procurement and Insurance efforts in ground up construction and fit out renovation projects.
He focuses in applying business analysis and critical thinking skills to conceptualize new process development, streamlining and enhancement of existing operations for profit maximization.
Amir’s experience in project budgeting, cost estimating, tendering and cost reporting was instrumental to many projects financial health.
Katrina oversees the creative direction of the Stay at Lina brand including Interior Design, Social Media, and Guest Experience.
As a veteran professional in both Residential and Commercial Design, her broader strategic approach aligns the look and feel our guests experience from booking thru check out.
Fiesta is responsible for managing the projects’ process from start to finish. Currently she is pursuing her Master Degree on civil engineering, she has extensive experience in the construction industry which gives her the ability to meet deadlines and maintain great coordination with the site team.
Genti is responsible for helping source, analyze, perform due diligence on, and negotiate the purchase of new equity investments for the company and oversee the entire process of purchase agreements with brokers, sellers, and attorney.
Valentina oversees the accounting department. She is responsible for the management and reporting of financial data of in the organization.
Valentina prepares financial statements, examines and analyzes company’s accounts and ensures compliance with financial reporting and other standard accounting procedures.
Altin oversees guest operations and provides upscale guest service experiences. Monitors daily bookings and ensures assigned properties are prepared prior check-in. Altin coordinates and manages communication between guests and staff and follows up to ensure customer concerns are resolved. Altin analyzes customer feedback and provides strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating.
